This spark for education and innovation has resulted in an expertise in hybrid meeting design and execution, integration of social media into audiovisual technology, and the evolving concept of event infrastructure for clients such as BMW and PCMA. Midori is a frequent speaker on various "AVGirl" topics such as webcasting, hybrid meetings, social media technology, and green meetings. She is a Platinum Speaker for MPI and was their 2009 recipient of the "Rising Star Award."

Jessica’s professional background includes experience in the professional services arena, association management, and industrial marketing. Her strategic approach to marketing includes a mix of both traditional channels and Web 2.0 tactics. She is president of the New Jersey Professional Marketers Association (NJPSMG), the social media moderator for the MeCo list, and a member of PCMA. She was named "Planner of the Year" by the New Jersey chapter of MPI and is a JASPER Award winner in the special event planning category. Jessica was also named a 2010 Planner to Watch by Convention South magazine and was inducted into the New Jersey Social Media Hall of Fame in 2010.
