"Decision Making in a Crisis: Addressing Cancellation
Questions for Both Planners and Suppliers"

Presented by Brad Goldberg

Meeting professionals make important decisions all the time. Both planners and suppliers decide what is best for events regarding food and beverage, budgets, decor, and other routine matters as part of their daily responsibilities. The recent H1N1 virus (swine flu) brought to light how under-prepared our industry is to make decisions for the non-routine—especially as it pertains to crisis response. This webinar will show planners and suppliers how to work together to develop a sound decision-making system that both parties can use when facing regional, national, or international crisis threats.
