EVENT DESIGN WORKSHOP
A Special 2.5 Hour Session for Senior-Level Planners
Sponsored by Leading Authorities Inc.
When you begin to see events as a form of media that can be leveraged to advance the strategic objectives of your organization, it becomes increasingly important to evaluate the impact that your events are having on your audience. Engage your event staff in a strategic design workshop to discuss how your next event can become better aligned with the key objectives of your organization, and focus on the attendee experience to better deliver the message of your mission.
This hands-on workshop will show you how to create an event plan, one that is aligned with the overall goals of your organization, to deliver an attendee-centric experience. Participants will be introduced to the Event Creative Brief, the Event Development Process, and a Themeing Workshop, which culminate in a guided discussion about how your next event can play a critical role in achieving the overarching vision and objectives of your organization.
The Experience Economy construct will be used to develop an experience architecture and ensure that the event meets criteria in the “Four E’s” framework. The content of the event will be viewed through the lens of the “Four I’s,” while an analysis of process, humanic, and physical cues will ensure a cohesive guest experience that pulls from a central theme and message.
Presenter: Don Neal, COO & Executive Vice President, Leading Authrities Inc.
