Important Information
Eligibility
Destinations Showcase Washington (excluding IAEE CEM Program) is a private event open to qualified meeting planners only. We're sorry, but those affiliated with a hotel, resort, meeting facility, conference / convention center, CVB, chamber of commerce, catering company, promotional / incentive item vendor, a/v company, or other industry supplier are not eligible for entry. Confirmation of registration is subject to DMAI's approval based on review of the information provided during registration and DMAI may deny admission to those deemed ineligible for any reason.
Participation is subject to compliance with DMAI's Code of Conduct and show management reserves the right to remove anyone violating these policies from the event.
** Suppliers may register for "IAEE CEM Program ONLY," but will not be permitted to attend Destinations Showcase.
Confirmation
You will receive an email when your registration is processed and eligibility approved. Please bring a copy of your confirmation and government issued photo ID to retrieve your admission badge at the show.
Age Policy
Due to liability restrictions, no one under the age of 18, including infants and toddlers, will be permitted to attend Destinations Showcase or to enter the exhibit hall at any time.
No Wheels Policy
To minimize obstructions in the aisles, NO wheeled carts or bags will be permitted in the expo hall. Luggage carts, rolling computer cases, and all other wheeled carriers must be left at coat check.
IAEE CEM Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, written cancellations must be received 10 business days prior to program start date. All approved refunds are subject to a US $75 administration fee. Cancellations will not be accepted after the start date of the program, and registration fees will not be refunded after the meeting begins. Send written cancellation request via email to ConventionPLUS (service@conventionplus.com). IAEE reserves the right to modify this policy.
*Online registration will close in mid-February and a $30 processing fee applies to all onsite registrations. We're sorry, but we cannot accept advance registration by mail, fax, or phone. Registration options are subject to change at any time without notice.
