Registration Hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

A $30 processing fee applies until 1:30 pm and includes admission to two morning educations session, lunch, the keynote presentation, and expo hall. Admission to the expo hall is free for qualified meeting planners registering AFTER 1:30 pm. For faster processing, bring a completed Registration Form (PDF) with you to the convention center. Lines are likely, so please allow enough time to register before the start of the first education sessions at 9:00 am. Registration is located on the street level concourse, in front of Meeting Room 151AB.

*Online registration will close in mid-February and a $30 processing fee applies to all onsite registrations. We're sorry, but we cannot accept advance registration by mail, fax, or phone. Registration options are subject to change at any time without notice.

Eligibility
Destinations Showcase Conference & Expo is open to qualified meeting planners only and DMAI reserves the right to deny admission to anyone not meeting eligibility requirements. We're sorry, but those affiliated with a hotel, resort, meeting facility, conference / convention center, CVB, chamber of commerce, catering company, promotional / incentive item vendor, registration company, a/v company, or other industry supplier are not eligible for entry. Soliciting by non-exhibitors is strictly prohibited and will be cause for removal from the event.

** Suppliers may register for "IAEE CEM Program ONLY," but will not be permitted to attend Destinations Showcase.

Confirmation
You will receive an email when your registration is processed and eligibility approved. Please bring a copy of your confirmation and government issued photo ID to retrieve your admission badge at the show.

Age Policy
Due to liability restrictions, no one under the age of 18, including infants and toddlers, will be permitted to attend Destinations Showcase or to enter the exhibit hall at any time.

No Wheels Policy
To minimize obstructions in the aisles, NO wheeled carts or bags will be permitted in the expo hall. Luggage carts, rolling computer cases, and all other wheeled carriers must be left at coat check.

IAEE CEM Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, written cancellations must be received 10 business days prior to program start date. All approved refunds are subject to a US $75 administration fee. Cancellations will not be accepted after the start date of the program, and registration fees will not be refunded after the meeting begins. Send written cancellation request to: IAEE Meetings, P.O.
