Registration
Hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
A $30 processing
fee applies until 1:30 pm and includes admission to two morning educations
session, lunch, the keynote presentation and expo
hall. Admission to the expo hall is free for qualified meeting
planners registering AFTER 1:30 pm.
For faster
processing, bring a completed Registration
Form (PDF) with you to the convention center. Lines are likely,
so please allow enough time to register before the start of the
first education sessions at 9:00 am. Registration is located
on the street level concourse, in front of Meeting Room 151AB.
Note:
badges were NOT mailed to those who pre-registered after
Jan. 25. If you pre-registered
and have not received your badge in the mail, please proceed
to the registration counter for assistance.
Photo ID may be required.

INFORMATION
Eligibility: Destinations
Showcase Conference & Expo is open to qualified meeting planners
and trade show organizers only. Show management reserves the
right to deny admission to those not meeting eligibility requirements.
We’re sorry, but those affiliated with a hotel, resort,
meeting facility, conference / convention center, non-exhibiting
CVB, chamber of commerce, promotional / incentive item vendor,
a/v company, or other industry supplier are not eligible for
attendee admission. Soliciting by non-exhibitors is strictly
prohibited. Show management reserves the right to remove anyone
from the floor.
Confirmation: You
will receive email or fax confirmation when your registration
is processed. Photo identification and proof of eligibility may
be required to enter the show.
Age
Policy: Due to liability restrictions, no one under
the age of 18, including infants and toddlers, will be permitted
to attend Destinations Showcase or to enter the exhibit hall
at any time.
