Now entering its fourth year, the Hosted Buyer Program at Destinations Showcase reaches beyond planners in Washington, DC, and Chicago to attract out-of-town decision makers responsible for site selection of many of the nation’s largest association, corporate, and government conferences, conventions, and trade shows.
Sign-up today for exclusive access to face-to-face "power meetings" with this expanded audience. With your help, DMAI will actively recruit planners from outside the Washington and Chicago regions and invite them to participate—with reimbursement for round-trip transportation and complimentary hotel accommodations—at their choice of Destinations Showcase Washington or Chicago.
How to Participate:
- Complete a space application and exhibitor agreement for Destinations Showcase Washington and/or Chicago
- Add a Hosted Buyer Program sponsorship
- DMAI will contact you before the show to coordinate your hosted buyer appointments

*Eligible applicants include association executives/meeting planners, association management company executives/meeting planners, corporate meeting planners, or independent/third-party meeting planners involved with selecting sites for one or more multi-day, out-of-state meetings. Events must yield a minimum of 100 rooms on peak night. Hosted buyers must reside outside of the Baltimore-Washington and Chicago metropolitan regions.
