With your help, DMAI will actively recruit planners from outside the Washington and Chicago regions and invite them to participate—with reimbursement for round-trip transportation and complimentary hotel accommodations—at their choice of Destinations Showcase Washington or Chicago.

  • Add a Hosted Buyer Program sponsorship
  • DMAI will contact you before the show to coordinate your hosted buyer appointments

*Eligible applicants include association executives/meeting planners, association management company executives/meeting planners, corporate meeting planners, or independent/third-party meeting planners involved with selecting sites for one or more multi-day, out-of-state meetings. Events must yield a minimum of 100 rooms on peak night. Hosted buyers must reside outside of the Baltimore-Washington and Chicago metropolitan regions.
