Eligibility
Destinations Showcase Conference & Expo is open to qualified
meeting planners only and DMAI reserves the right to
deny admission to anyone not meeting eligibility requirements. We're
sorry, but those affiliated with a hotel, resort, meeting facility, conference
/ convention center, CVB, chamber of commerce, catering company, promotional / incentive item vendor, registration company, a/v company, or other industry
supplier are not eligible for entry. Soliciting by non-exhibitors
is strictly prohibited and will be cause for removal from the event.
Confirmation
You will receive an email when your registration
is processed and eligibility approved. Please bring a copy of your confirmation and government issued photo ID to retrieve your admission badge at the show.
Age
Policy
Due to liability restrictions, no one under the
age of 18, including infants and toddlers, will be permitted to
attend Destinations Showcase or to enter the exhibit hall at any
time.
No Wheels Policy
To minimize obstructions in the aisles, NO wheeled carts or bags will be permitted in the expo hall. Luggage carts, rolling computer cases, and all other wheeled carriers must be left at coat check. |
