Media Registration
Qualified editorial staff meeting the criteria below may qualify for a complimentary press pass to Destinations Showcase Conference & Expo, which provides access to:
- Education Sessions
- Keynote Luncheon
- Expo Hall
Please note that Destinations Showcase is a meetings/conventions industry event and NOT focused on consumer travel.
Qualification Criteria
Print Media: Provide a meetings/convention industry-related article written by you within the last six months, as well as a copy of your business card -OR- a copy of a current masthead clearly displaying your name and editorial title.
Freelance Writers: Provide a meetings/conventions industry-related article written by you within the last six months, as well a signed letter (on letterhead) from an editor at a recognized publication indicating that you are contracted to write an article related to Destinations Showcase.
Freelance/Staff Photographers and Photo Agencies: Provide a signed letter (on letterhead) from a contact at a recognized meetings/conventions news organization indicating that you are contracted to photograph Destinations Showcase.
The following groups are not eligible for press badges:
- Non-editorial staff (including publishers and sales/advertising staff)
- Consumer-oriented media and those not affiliated with a recognized meetings/conventions industry publication
- Personal / non-commercial news Web site writers
- Marketing, sales, and public relations professionals
- Production companies
